guitar rig is so so for amp/cab, but win out by large selection of FXs.

then amplitube 2 has some very organic FX pedal, i especially love how the wah pedal sounds.

but talk about organic sounding amps and cabs, i don't think anything can top revalver mkIII as for now (it's just released demo, but still not yet available for purchase yet).
