Duno can sell in Malaysia or not ??
Because in Japan they also sell this in Auction Japan Yahoo and other place ( of cause is sell in legal way )
Even law also didnt write sell this kind of thing is legal or illegal ~ ( maybe is law loophole ?? )

Most of the ppl say sell this kind of CD / DVD is not wrong ~
Because this kind of CD is rare ~
Many fans also wanna keep this things ~

As long as u are not declaring it as illegal/pirated then it should be legal

Once you buy it it's urs and you can do anything you wnat with it. And that includes selling and stuffs

yes, there are stuff that are meant to be 'not for sale', thus selling it is more like depending on your moral mroe than anything else
unless it pirated, then its illegal. 'not for sale' things are not illegal, and command a high price because it limited, and is collectible, for those who know. how about autographs fans get from their idols? arent those, in a way, 'not for sale'? but the owner can still sell it.

as long as there is a buyer, i dun see why cant sell. usually 'not for sale' means 'not for commercial sale'.

these kind of cd usually are pre-sale stuff, meant for radio station etc. the manufacturer onli want to legally (ask nicely) the respective owners not to sell them openly because they will release the commercial version of it.

like i said, these kind of thing are collectible. the collectors will be craving for these

Like some artist will out some unofficially CD and didnt sell in market ~

Different country has different terms for this.

In Japan, they treated this item as limited/collectible set as it will only sell x amount of units only.

In our country or other countries, they treated it as non-distributable item and it is for DJs or display in CD stores only.

The contents of the cd are all same with normal cd. For me, as long as it is original item, it is legal.
