if convert to k810 firmware,can flash using k810 .vkp?

yup..if u convert using k810 firmware then u must use k810 vkp..the firmware info for th vkp can be read in the vkp itself

Umm, I am very interested in modding my new K810i now, but my only concern is the warranty void. Now let me get this straight, if I back up my original GDFS file somewhere, and flash it back if anything goes wrong with my phone, will it still leave any traces that will lead to void of warranty?

nope..it will leave no traces..but bear in mind that it might void ur warranty if somehow ur system have problem like erom corrupted or ur GDFS corrupted..all in ur own risk..

that all depends on u the way how u want to mod ur k810..if u like to customize the way of ur GUI,u need to customize using GFX patches,if u want to mod the system file,u use the system patches..also,u can mod ur current stock driver like camera and acoustic to other custom driver..my recommendation is change ur acoustic driver as we all know that k810's speaker is so slow and soft!

its the matter of luck and ur percentage of being careless when mod..

there's two way to remove the operator logo AFAIK, first u can change the layout and another way is by patching a vkp file..

anybody dont have new stuffs to be shared..kinda bored this holiday when no new stuffs to mod..

wanna do it after my final..filling ma leasure time instead of planting grape..

to prolong ur sms time,u need to patch a vkp file to change ur current phone's script..

first u need to identify ur current FW which is to determine which vkp file need to use..

then u need to bypass ur phone's DB2020 security using qamaker.vkp to allow vkp file been patch to ur phone..

then only u can patch the vkp file and hear ur sms tone more than 1 minute..

I really need to get some guts to mod my new baby.... maybe wait till it gets older. T_T

haha..think twice and on a wise way...there's an advantage to mod but there's a risk in mod..remember that..
