Good job blackchides. Now u have a heavy burden to maintain this. Just hope this not a "hot hot chicken s**t" thingy (direct translation la).

The default username and password that u meant is for SSH, not the iphone. If u don't have SSH installed then u don't have to worry about it. If u do then use bosspref to turn off SSH. Only turn it on when u want to use it. If u use BSD then u can't change the password or u'll end up with a spinning wheel of death. If u use cydia then u can change the password.

The current iphone hardware do support all bluetooth functionality but apple did not enable the bluetooth stack for file transfering. An effort by some users have been done to port the bluetooth stack for iphone but this is not an easy feat. There is no sign in the next firmware that this feature will be enable as apple don't want us to transfer media file back and forth.

@gengstapo
welcome to the winpwn family. If u want to discuss more about it, there's already a thread about it. Try searching for "pwnage" by stringfellow. There we can talk more about pwnage/winpwn especially boot/restore logo. I've posted few of my boot/restore logo there. We just leave this thread for FAQ only. |

QUOTE(nokia2003 @ Jun 17 2008, 08:21 PM) Wei petrol so expensive la now cannot just pour pour like dat. HeheheheAdded on June 18, 2008, 2:59 amIMHO ... Why malaysiais not on the list? Coz malaysian still can't grasp the concept of being in contract with a single provider for a period of time and most of mobile users are prepaid user. Local telco can't take the risk with apple profit sharing model as the base of post-paid users are small. What more to say if they have to be bound for 2 years. This only suit the business sector and not personal user. This post has been edited by frozzbyte: Jun 18 2008, 02:59 AM |

Most of us (i think all of us) can't answer your question because we also don't have the answer. We have to wait till the phone is already release then we will know more. Right now its merely speculation. |

It seems like the "plastic" back of the new iPhone might not be plastic at all. It maybe even stronger than the aluminum case of the 1st gen.

biteSMS is my poison for fowarding SMSes. There are few other features that I like about biteSMS where you can delete individual sms.
