well i feel sad for u man. but then what to do?

this kinda ppl work for the company. the only thing i guess we can do is not give our service to them lor.

u must let everyone know about the shop, and the service company so that other ppl also wont give them service.

somtimes word of mouth can really destroy businesses.

malaysian companies really duno nuts about customer service, but i think this is also caused by the malaysians "tidak apa" attitude.

we should stand up for our rights and all.

i think the law is very vague at times.

my friend (ex-gf) was studying law and she once told me, for every law stating that u can do something, there is another law stating that u cannot do it.

so its open for the debating of the lawyers in the courts.

so whoever makes a better arguement or logic / sense wins?





anyway, what is the conclusion of the story. dont trust COMSAT?

or should we not trust AP companies as a whole?
