look, it's a service. everything may seem SAME to you but it doesn't not necessarily mean the same. arguably the one that charged 40% more could be actually 40% better......OR MORE......... or not as good.
again, it's not something quantifiable. just because they charge more that doesn't mean they're attempting to CON you. people have reasons on why they charge X amount for their service and it's really up to you whether you want to engage their service.
case in point.......

TS is clearly accusing people of overcharging when in the first place not even certain what's the normal rate!
not even sure yet want to accuse.
