Beside qualification, i would like to know also how life as a property agents. Whats ur average income like and if you're hardworking, how far can you go? How many % commission do you get a unit sold. As property agent, are you allow to manage rental for customers. Is that what agents do when the sales are down...
First of all i think wrong section
Secondly, all real estate companies offers different commission rates. Check them out by going to the office
If this is your first job better not go into it. The first few months usually you have to suffer. Cause you are gonna be spending more money than earning. (e.g banners, advert board, name card, training, newspaper advert)
Its also quite hard to do as part time. You need your own transport to move around.
There is no average income. If you are really hardworking and really good with people and have tonnes of contacts,
the sky is the limit. I have heard of single transaction earning up to a million or two.
