QUOTE(hellfire8888 @ Apr 28 2008, 04:03 PM) pic 1 n 3 like overexpose Pic 1 maybe I edited too much on brightness. But I kinda like it this way la... I like how pic 3 was lighted. It must be some one else's flash from the left side. It's nice la in it's own ways I think.

QUOTE(KTCY @ Apr 28 2008, 10:23 PM) I think if Canon should b L lens. 70-200 f4L with 3500D + flash unit ? Just a while guess. Too warm the photos ok.. I'll take note about it next time.. i set it on auto.. what WB u recommend to use? Added on April 28, 2008, 9:55 pmQUOTE(travis_ckf @ Apr 28 2008, 10:27 PM) Victor3010: Ur pics were too warm and some OOF, esp the 1st pic. i tried the AF-Servo, the one which track moving subject, is it ok to use that??i find it inaccurate at some times although once it manages to track a subject This post has been edited by Victor3010: Apr 28 2008, 10:00 PM

QUOTE(derek87 @ Apr 28 2008, 02:28 PM) You guys shoot tele.. So here is one of my UWA shots. Good composition, but i felt the colors were abit warm on the models and the exposure was alittle over. This post has been edited by travis_ckf: Apr 28 2008, 11:29 PM

QUOTE(travis_ckf @ Apr 28 2008, 11:28 PM) Good composition, but i felt the colors were abit warm on the models and the exposure was alittle over. Thanks for the compliment dude. If i were to give it a more cool WB, and perfect exposure. The picture wouldn't turn as interesting as it should be. I have my own reasons of not throwing the warmth and the over exposure away from the pic. The warmth is to show the mood/feeling of the environment. The slight over exposure is to give it a feel that there's spot lights on the models. That's what i was thinking when processing them. Thanks anyway. QUOTE(kwong_82 @ Apr 29 2008, 12:04 AM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This shot could be better if it's wider... framing is too tight. need a bit of head space.. and should show the whole lcd at the side...a bit under exposed just my two cents. #3 is nice. Other than that is not as good as those i mentioned. need more work. Dont stop. Three more sessions for you to shoot. Grab this chance and practice! Here are shots from the side. Full body, catwalk. Sorry if you are asking where are the chinese guys pics. Their catwalk is not good, they look awkward in the pictures. Some are still ok. But again. Their looks..a bit Not all, some only. haha... #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 This post has been edited by derek87: Apr 29 2008, 01:15 AM

Shot slightly from the front. Look at the first pic and you'll know where i stood. Full body, catwalk shots too. #7 #8 This girl has the most consistent catwalk i would say, most of my shots of her, is nice. Her catwalk is better than others. #9 #10 #11 This is the only girl that smiled with teeth exposed among the other models. A lot of photog's fav.. lol.. #12 #13 This post has been edited by derek87: Apr 29 2008, 01:26 AM

./Hack-Fusion: Good pictures man... What kind of system you are using? 70-200? Victor3010 : Time to upgrade your camera and lenses la... Quality not so good.. First picture seriously OOF... D300+70-200 VR should gurantee the minimum acceptable results... kwong_82 : Timing has to be improved. Dun simply always looks at your LCD screen for playback. Focus on pictures taking... not playback... derek87: Overall pictures and angle are ok... But constrast too high on post processing. Higher contrast might work for most pictures, but not potrait and fashion... Too bad I cannot join you guys... I was sick... This post has been edited by TheVoIP: Apr 29 2008, 09:29 AM

QUOTE(./Hack-Fusion @ Apr 29 2008, 11:52 AM) TheVoIP : i use 350D + 70-200 F4 L No wonder the results so good... It is a white lense after all... Last time 300D + 70-200 still shxt results because the tracking was too bad on 300D... I guess 350D improved a lot... Good job there...

Even giving a top of the end cam like D3 to the TS and yet he will come out with the same old thing. I suggest him to improve his skills before considering upgrading.
