i'm sorry to say that, she cant think wisely. SHe has got no experience in life. Her life is threaten. Dont spoil her life ask her to decide, hope you can give your opinion wisely.
....such a pity situation. I would strongly suggest Moontank to write to Big Brother in The Stars newspaper.
Sometimes I cant even decide the best for myself and I got regret. But my matter is small matter. Her's matter is like life and death. Is very critical.

The way she speaks as i know, she's still very immature and naive. She has a very strong  and loving family and all these has ruined by just a 38years old BF. Parents disown her. She's from a well educated family and she can has a very good education and bright future.

her dad easily make the tailou in trouble in a legal way,
her bf easily make the father in trouble in an illegal way.
Her dad can win anytime. But put his family in a deepshit situation, which is useless.

Her grandfather has asked her to get away from him. I think her grandfather has made the best decision for her with his experience.

Family love and care is the FIRST priority in everyone's life. Some case you can argue is exceptional. But I can guarantee is not hers.
Moontank, go back to your family.  Its just love. When it goes, then you'll realise your mistake that you commited.
