1) pendant - diamond or key shape.

2) bracelet

3) Surprise cake & flower /ballon - 21st bday deliver to her office /hse / school

If im the girl, i would like to have:

1) Flowers
2) Handmade cake/card/anything from bf
3) I like puppy very much, so if he give me one i will be very very happy
4) Romantic dine which made me remembered forever...

I think TS should give his gf all the above accept for option 3 lo, plus what she wish to have. No need too expensive de, ada hati cukuplah.

You should throw her a surprise 21st b'day party..invite all her friends.
gift? a bouquet of flower is a must for any girl.
i suggest something expensive because 21st is so called the big thang.
buy her a gold necklace? or maybe white gold will do with a cute pendant.
other option is you can take her out for a expensive candle lights dinner and have everything planned out with the waiter on how you want them to present the cake, flowers and gift.

buget 1k is good enuff.

candle light dinner since you're her bf.. It's one of the most romantic present..

all these can be consider..
prefer platinum than gold.. carve sumthing on isnt a bad idea..
other than all these stuff wil prefer handmade as well
coz it cant gt fr out ther!!
with 1k can get a lot of things for her..
but for me, i dun hope my bf to spend so much..

Er, you sure you want to give key ? Coz most probably her parent will give ..
Why not give own made stuff and use video camcorder secretly record down the hows her expression when received ur present..
An expensive present cant represent how much you love her, but an action can show her how sincere you to be part of her life.
