erm to that unlucky guy .. the only best thing to do is to ask your friend to pay for the damages.. either a new phone (*and u give him the broken phone*) .. or replace the cover for you ..

otherwise .. you lose one friend because of iphone ..

Ask him to take responsibility for it. And remember to get yourself a casing to protect future "droppings".

Or you lose your iphone (either half or all of it and your savings of 18 years) because of one friend.

18 years saving > (+,-) 5 years friendship ..

I agree, you MUST ask your friend to PAY for damages. If you can't find a place to fix your iPhone, then you have to ask your friend to buy a new one for you.

And I think better not mix with yr friend anymore if he has such a stupid attitude to snatch and run with your iPhone like that. Not worth to be a friend man.. imagine how he will handle other things that are important to you? If he is a good friend, he will OFFER to pay for damages himself.. think about it.

you tell your st**id "fren" that u getting donations from ppl to buy u a new iphone...and because he is RESPONSIBLE for u havin to go this LOW...he must also pay - ask him to match every single donation, this way:
1) he don't have to pay all since he probably don't have the $$$ anyway...but he still pay a bit for his st*pidity
2) we can contribute cos u make us laugh (or at least me la...)
3) u don't feel so "tragety" for having 18 yrs of savings kongkiau by one moron...
4) find a seller & get his company account number to me...i donate RM10 to start u off...

hmm..regardless of age..i tink here if anyone here drop their iphone sure the heart damn pain..

young(studying) = take time to save ->phone drop ->heart pain
older(working) = still money mer ->pone drop ->heart oso pain

i, once drop my iphone in car during treasure hunt, that bugger driver make a freaking u turn!!! damn it!!! luckily my iphone was protected by cozip, so, no damage

for your case, if i were you, i will ask the fellow to pay you back for the repair or new iphone, if not i will smack his precious in return waahah evil me.
