Where Sell Cheap Liquor?

Anyone have experience buying fake liquor from langkawi? I tasted a "h*" beer with duty not-paid sticker, but it tasted more bitter than what i could remeber...

Somebody brought me heineken beer (in can, not bottle) from langkawi, but just feel little more bitter and the kick is much stronger... compare to local brew one. Is it possible to be fake beer (sticker on it as well)?
