The place looks like a chinese medical hall, but as you enter it, you'd realize they have a vast selection of liquors and wine available.
According to my dad and his wine kakis, it's the cheapest shop around. Hope it helps!

a normal can Budweiser is only RM7.80, and sometimes chang beer are RM20 for 5 normal can...hoho

Martell (1 litre, 12 years old):
