@cutevb19: Before you open up the Chivas, take a close look at the bottle cover...
If it's not opened before, you should be able to see a sticker with some bar-code over it...
That sticker is basically the main thing we look out for whether it's original or fake...
Every bottle is registered with the Custom, and so it'll have higher credibility to be a real one...
Hard to say though, in some cases where they manage to smuggle in real Chivas, there won't be any stickers there...
Correct me if i'm wrong!!

1) The sticker can be fake my fren, importer pays the tax to custom & get the stickers from custom (importer have to stick it to bottle themself, tat's y u'll notice all boxes is open.)
2) Believe or not, even experienced seller dunno how to differentiate real or fake liqour.
- why? fake 1 use genuine bottle, genuine box, even they can make the cap almost 99% same as genuine 1. the only fake is liqour inside or semi-fake liqour (mix with others liquid).
3) stickerless can be genuine, can be fake, even those 1L pack.
4) hard liqour hv many classes. u can hear ppl say 1st class, 2nd class, 3rd class, which 1st class is the top notch.
how to check for fake liqour
1) Mixed liqour
- check the bottle around (open ur eyes big as u can) esp bottom part. if hv a small hole means it's been drilled, sucked up & refilled with cheap liqour or water.
2) Totally counterfeit
- genuine or fake until after u taste it. (counterfeiter subsitute wif cheap/low quality liqour or selfmix wif pure water + artificial colours + flavouring)
- as i mention above quite hard to differentiate, they r pro
