no la, I think its genetic. I have friends like that too. Some of them actually said shaving whatever is left would encourage other bulus to grow. Am not sure whether that is scientifically proven...maybe you can google

thats what i said. just shave ma. if you're lucky maybe after that one bush will grow. maybe that two or three have been stopping others to grow ma..
