*the round things are traffic light

basically, when you see the shell station on your left, keep left. turn left immediately after the traffic light and go slow. take the first left junction & now you should be right in front of the gym.

Yeah I am a regular there and there are indeed some very BIG man there. They are very friendly and will teach you if you ask. Sometimes they would give you tips if they see you unsure of what you are doing.

RM 5 per entry. i'm not sure if they offer monthly fee though...

er... it is a government building and not a commercial gym... the toilet is expected of a normal public toilet size. don't think anyone bathe there though. never tried it myself biggrin.gif

there's another gym on the same row with Naza World(formerly DaimlerChrysler)near the Rasah Bridge which is also near the gym.It is quite small,no ac,but they have smith machine and usual dumbells and barbells.RM4 per entry.I have forgotten about the monthly payment.

Besides,there's a gym in the sport complex of Paroi.Small,no ac,no cardio machines.They have smith machine,squat rack,a few machines,dumbells,barbells.RM10 per month,RM20 registration fees.

hope this helps

Paroi's complex.. is there a running track there, and if there is, are you allowed to jog by yourself there for free?
