Singapore has a chinese input , Squall_kay is using one. Confirm with him  Yes SEUS will download the update first.If you just change the CDA you wont have the firmware for that CDA, you must go through SEUS to have the firmware for the CDA you flashed.
Well T shirt printing (from my knowledge) uses an image then printed on top of the shirt by a sticky substance (rubber?) then it awaits to be dried. So theoretically it should be doable. I created a high res CMYK 16bit image of the curved lines, should be able to do it.
Not only your phone has two CDAs , it appears to have three firmwares on the phone as well (besides I think the word CCPU refers to the P1i ressurrection firmware that is used when a P1i is bricked or locked due to failed flashing,someone please confirm this). Someone should have tampered your phone and flashed multiple CDAs like mine. I have Austria and Indonesia CDA 
If your phone doesn't have the focus bracket, I think you might have to flash your phone again. Better take it back to the shop and ask them to do for you. Since theres 3 firmwares and 2 CDAs, it might be better for them to do it.

Its a badly flashed phone, but basically it won't bring any harm to your phone.
What you can do now is either:
1. If you need Chinese read and write, change the firmware to SG firmware.
2. If you do not need Chinese read and write, change the firmware to GW firmware.
