My own way to type '.....'
When you type the 1st '.', your press left once and right one, then you type another '.'

Yes, in GW1 you won't be able to write chinese characters.
And if you want to read chinese characters, you've to change the fonts thingy.
But on the end of the day, you also can't get chinese input in GW1.

WALKMAN 3.0 won't stop your process in firmware upgrading, this I very confirm, I've tested myself.
If any problem happen during the upgrading ... don't find me.

I don't think you need a language pack or what language patch.
I'm on SG firmware, and chinese words in WALKMAN 3.0 is perfect.

I used Swiss Manager to do the copy & paste thingy, so far no problem.
If "0 item pasted", you can try delete those files 1st before pasting a newer one.
Swiss Manager sometime got problem in overwriting files, not sure what's the reason.

Er, can you explain more about Today list expand and Menu soft button?
I don't really get it.
My Today list is always expanded, just by pressing the + sign beside the Today word.

1. System Hack And Volume Hacking by Shufflerz
* ignore the volume hacking if you don't wish to do that
2. Walkman 3.0 Hack by carbon14 on R9K009
* directly skip to Step #11
* of course you need to download Swmail's Walkman Hack Pack on Step #1

No you can't, you need both AppTRK + CapsSwitch to do perma system hack.
Ok this is what you do.
1. Install CapsSwitch.
2. Do system hack via AppTRK, and copy trkdrver.ldd into where-ever its needed to, then restart phone.
3. Launch CapsSwitch, you'll see "Caps are switched ON"
4. Tap Switch on the bottom of the screen, to turn the Caps OFF
5. When the Caps is OFF'ed, you're able to reach system folder already.
So, everytime you wanted to reach system folder, you launch CapsSwitch to see weather if its ON or OFF.
Don't get confuse:
ON = you can't view system folder
OFF = you can view system folder

I'm not sure whether is the phone problem, or the line problem.
Recently(almost a month), I facing SMS sending and receiving problems, especially on the receiving part.
People do sent me sms'es, and its either the sms'es delayed(for like 10 minutes, to few hours), or totally I didn't receive those sms'es at all.
Any of you facing this problem?
I'm staying in Penang, to be exact Butterworth, and am using Maxis postpaid line.

Yes I also have to restart everything 1st only can receive sms'es.
I suspect those patch we applied screwed the phone up, is it possible?
I ma going to re-flash my phone tonight.
Then I'll try for a few weeks without installing all those speed patch or WALKMAN 3.0 thingy and see still got the problem or not.
If my memory served me right, I don't have the problem at all, until I install those patches.

This thing got nothing to do with G900 note thingy.

04. Full Hardware Button Mod (to assign SMP on the shortcut button to make my life easier)

06. Swiss Manager Pro 1.70 (ehem'ed version)
07. IM+ 3.72 (ehem'ed version)
08. The Open Screen Capture (free version)
09. Google Map (free version)
10. G900 Torch (yes I have night blindness)

Things to do:
01. A very very nice Chinese fonts patch (to entertain some chicks )

Things NOT to do:
01. WALKMAN 3.0 (iPod rox!)
02. WALKMAN startup & shutdown (enough of showing off)
03. Sound mod (didn't improve loud speaker)
04. Alarm mod (30 seconds of alarm enough to wake me up)

The phone working well, so far so good.
I'll give another report if the phone goes wrong from time to time.
