U mean the themes or wallpaper? If wallpaper, just go to Installer and download Wallpaper program. This program is where u share n use your own wallpaper. If not juz sync with iTunes and transfer yr photos and then inside your Photo Album, open n use as wallpapersince i been search such lot of googles....but failed to search such sources / packages for iPhone wallpaper...
