If nlite n xp needed to be installed in windows environment. Can we install additional copy of xp in sd memory card
just in case xp got corrupted and we switch to memory card to boot up xp first.
Then again, we use just nlite to instal xp to sdd or hdd.
The reason is we do not have external cd rom, and do not know whether eee pc can run on networking without xp [ if corrupted ]
Anyone mind to share ?
erm, I dont quite understand what you are saying but I try
1. nlitexp is a software to slim down xp installation.
2. nlitexp must be install and run in Windows. I havent read if in linux
3. After slim down the xp, you will get an .iso file, an image file. That is the xp installation image that have been slimed/squeezed.
In order to install/boot using memory card is another question yet I havent know. Coz I burned the image file on cd and it became a Windows cd and I use it with my desktop optical drive as external optical drive.
To install to memory card and boot = I will find later this evening.
