Dell new's UMPC is going to win it all... I was dead serious about the Asus EEE PC, then I heard there will be a newer version and we all know it, and its old news.

QUOTE(cjtune @ Jun 22 2008, 01:26 AM) For all you know, the whole UMPC craze might just collapse, as mainstream laptops get more budget-friendly, lighter, and smaller, and the UMPC's get more expensive, heavy, larger. I disagree... the new trend is UMPC - the lighter version of the already light version of laptops. 10 bucks says they'll converge at 10" screen size. I can already imagine a future of UMPCs... However its up to the consumer whether he/she can make do with the features present in a UMPC. However, in terms of size/portability, UMPC is the way to go ! |
