OMG, your GPU temp is extremely high. is the fan running?
you better try to update the latest A11 BIOS. see if there any temp different.
my M1530 8600M GT GDDR3 only reach max 75 C when play games.
idle is around 55-60 C.

after i look at M1330 cooling system, i think it’s one of the worst heat sink design!!
i know nvidia has problem with their GPUs but high temperature of M1330 mainly cause by poor heat sink.
Dell should redesign it.
