damn my warranty just finish.....dunno can last 1-2 years or not...

anyone still face rainbow issue after changing?i change it last year..but fear it might not last till end of this year

you need to contact the customer service..xps extend warranty need to call them

i call them and i request an email from them just to clarify as u can extend for 1 year and 2 years.

if i am not mistaken thou ur battery times up but you still can charge it..maybe you didn't put it/slot it properly?

maybe is time for a new battery?
