ok, back to speed lvling. with pants enchants working on any lvl of gear, u can enchant a pair of lvl 5 white pants (purchased from any of the armor vendors in your city) and have ur toon enchant the pants for your alts.
TA DAH! massive stam and dps boost for a lvl 5. the pants will last u for ages. |
