I find that photography taken at night or with dim light is the most challenging. Share your shots and tips wink.gif

Coathanger007, regardless of day or night, good composition still matters.
Try shooting at about 7.30pm where there still a blue cast on the sky.

nah. i think nights are pretty easy. don't really have to worry about the sky making your foreground underexposed. all you have to do is wait for the long exposures. and thats about it. unless you're going for very long exposures. and i mean like 30 minutes to hour long exposures. now that's challenging.

aiyoh TS, your composition is pretty much screwed. u chopped off the bridge for what? huhuhuhu...

eventhough i'm using the 50mm lens for this and have limited angle for perspective, but i make sure i get the best composition for the whole look.

Thanks...could you please be more specific on what can be improved on the composition? I take the point about the blue cast but the moon just wouldn't be the same.

learn to use the rule of third. make sure every corner is not clipped off like the bridge. it's nice to show the whole bridge rather than a clipped off ones.

Yah..that's a good point. Didn't know it was called rule of third. The border actually covers some of the bridge though.
