To be on the safe side, don't wear bra too much. Like, when you're at home, don't wear. Sleep, don't wear. Wear only when you go out.. and make sure you're wearing the ones that suit your size and give you comfort. Take note on the proper ways to wear a bra. The techniques and all that.
Also, when you're working out, wear sports bra. It's a lil tighter than the normal ones.
