I suggest SafeSpace and Returnil. Any changes done by programs running in Safespace are eliminated at the end of session i.e after you finish listening to music or browsing the internet, and any changes made to system partition drive C are eliminated by Returnil after a reboot. Changes include whatever virus infections. Even keyloggers don't matter because internet access can be denied for whatever foreign objects running in your sandbox. So clean and fast that it makes you feel like your computer is running off a reformatted drive after each reboot . Only disadvantage is it'll be a hassle if you update programs a lot. But this can be eliminated if you pay for programs like Shadow Defender or ShadowUser. Tons of alternative softwares for Safespace too like Sandboxie. Personally running Shadow Defender and Sandboxie. This no antivirus approach made me feel paranoid for a few weeks but eh it pays off because there is no need for registry/junk file cleaners, defraggers and antivirus/spyware programs. Best of all, there is no need for headaches trying to remove whatever viruses found on your computer. Found a virus? Just reboot and its gone. I should probably stop now. edit : added links.
