I saw the Nautica today when I was at Cineleisure. P2 had one at Cineleisure's entrance.

To me the interior looks very very plain for a 90k car. The dash lights up normally, not like Myvi or Camry with opti-something display.
Projector headlights with normal bulbs, not HID.
Rear combination lights are not using LEDs
Have wing mirror signal that almost looked like Camry's, but is lit up by LED.

All in all it looks more like a 60-70k car than a 90k car. I think Toyota Corp overall has made a grant mistake.

Imagine, if P2 sell the Rush at cheaper price and Toyota sell the Nautica with "T" badge, ppl can accept the high price of the Nautica. Both will sell well since P2 is selling a reliable ppl/cargo carrier and Toyota selling a niche 4WD like the Yaris.

But now the "cheap" Rush is made expensive by the Toyota badge and the expensive Rush cannot sell because it has the P2 badge which usually makes cheap cars.

Haih, P2 has gone as arrogant as P1 . First it overpriced the Viva, now it overpriced the Kembara!!
