Would like to know how to tell if the LSD needs to be replaced since it's designed to wear & tear? What happens if the LSD starts to wear will it affect normal driving?

Also how to tell if the LSD is 1, 1.5 or Full Lock without looking at spec and opening up the gearbox?

Most cars like 350Z comes with how many ways?

So Proton cars have limited slip differentials huh? So high tech...

I think even new Hondas don't have them.

BTW wiki do they tell you how to tell between 1,1.5,full by checking the car? I mean i know what is 1, 1.5, full but possible to check without looking at spec or opening up the gear?

Basically there's 3 settings for LSD.

1.Initial Torque
2.Acceleration
3.Deceleration

Play around with these 3 settings will improve you car cornering ability. Tuning them too high will result in Understeer characteristic though.
