amd blackie 5000 if lapped to 3.4 and up vcore too much can burn cpu ke??

abit AX78,can get 3.0 at stock vcore without choke,but i'm afraid to push more bcoz involve vcore.but my brain said 'go!' and my hearts said "you'll gonna burn the proc bro!"..

yup my 5000BE are equipped with CM SPHERE,no world record la hehehe...saw at toms hardware,if they can me oso can what,differ i dun have the nerve lol...crossed my fingers now...

i've oc my 5000 blackie to mere 3.0 but my prob is it gets too hot when on load,i try run-in prime95 then it starts beeping and when i looked at abit EQ it says my temp like 90c W00t!!!i have put a additional fan on my CM sphere...wat should i do??my vcore are upped to 1.381v
