QUOTE(casperito @ Jun 3 2008, 01:16 AM) hmmm... almost the same as mine... seems that or proc bottleneck the GC... a fren of mine got 15K CF @ 800/2400 on intel @ 3.6ghz... i think its either the proc speed or the proc architecture itself... wondering if phenom will not bottleneck CF... mine @ 3.12ghz CF on 3DMark06 scores 12K and on 3DMark05 18K @ 850/2500... QUOTE(casperito @ Jun 3 2008, 01:30 AM) ram shudn't be any prob... i dun think that 3DMark do any testing on the rams... summore my rams are running @ 1040mhz... and maybe u can tell me how do rams can bottleneck procs?? noob here.. hmm later will post the single card score on intel rig.. studying for my finals exams now... this is what i meant.... QUOTE(digswell @ Jun 3 2008, 01:54 AM) All the thing is causing the proc ram and the mobo . the most importand thing is the bandwidth speed between n/b with s/b with proc with ram ...all the link in mobo is very importand. think bout it

Just think the ram, mobo and gc connected by wire to the proc. the speed of the wire affected the benchmark result. So the faster the speed of wire, the faster your pc are.

Melfice, I notice something bout your ram speed there. Try increase your multiplier to 12.5. Maybe your 3Dmark06 will increase too.

QUOTE(casperito @ Jun 3 2008, 11:29 PM) how will changing the multiplier could increase the 3DMark score?? changing multiplier also changing the ram speed. For me, when I increase my multiplier to 15, my ram is 860MhZ, so thats why not stable. when i decrease the multiplier back to 14.5, the ram speed go to 780. Multiplier 15x
Multiplier 14.5x
FSB is not touch. This post has been edited by Shah_15: Jun 4 2008, 12:15 AM

QUOTE(pikacu @ Jun 4 2008, 12:21 AM) actually, changing the multiplier will change the ram divider, hence affect ram speed hahaha...same meaning. yeah....can't think of that word when posting that while ago.

QUOTE(casperito @ Jun 4 2008, 12:29 AM) yet, still u change the multipler the core speed also change... not all proc are able to do that, changing multipler without changing the FSB... lucky for BE users... T_T... yes I know that but I just pointed that to Melfice. He also a BE Users.
