How's the performance?

I still dont know its worth to grab it or not.. still considering..

I just got the F3 from dblooi. Still playing with it. Currently at 3GHz 1.3V (Orthos needs more, even Crysis runs fine at 1.285V)

How high the temperature can be considered safe? It reaches 60C in my bloody hot 32C room

wah... 1.3v @ 60C aa?? my x2 onli @ 1.48v can reach 60c... wat cooler r u using??

Stock with 120mm fan, something might be terribly wrong

i estimate around 40c to maybe 50c la @ full load...

@najmods..wif stock cooler, id OCed my F3 till 3.425ghz max..
for 24/7, its 3.1ghz wif 1.275v..orthos never exceed 56c...

I still wonder why I need to pump up lots of volts to get just to 3GHz. Probably my mobo? I have Biostar TForce 550, should I use that?

all F3 V3 proc only capable to do 2.9G with stock vcore (Pi 1M stable, stated in sales thread)
bro alive88 is using F3 from V1, that's one can do 3.1G with stock vcore.
the temperature is a bit high to me, but i think it's reasonable as your are using stock cooler

Alright thanks for that, Super PI 1M is quite light, so its stable at lower voltages. The difference between both core temperature is rather huge, about 5C, my previous F2 is about 1-2C difference

Windsor can handle higher heat than Brisbane right? So I guess my temperature is quite OK, its only reaches 60C in Orthos, in games it only touches around 50C-54C

yeah can handle the heat...but get other cooler that is good...for ur own good.....
as if u dont take care the proc...it might shorten its life....

I'm fully aware of that. There is some options, AC Freezer 64 Pro, CM GeminII or Gigabyte 3D Rocket II. Anyone has better recommendation?

giga air cooling just put it a side....for me is not to good....get something like what other advise....

say yes to stand fan.... the best fan of all fan.. cools everything in ur PC.. even blow in habuk in to ur PC... hehehe.. im using one too...
