hmmm... almost the same as mine... seems that or proc bottleneck the GC...
a fren of mine got 15K CF @ 800/2400 on intel @ 3.6ghz...

i think its either the proc speed or the proc architecture itself... wondering if phenom will not bottleneck CF...

mine @ 3.12ghz CF on 3DMark06 scores 12K and on 3DMark05 18K @ 850/2500... T_T

ram shudn't be any prob...
i dun think that 3DMark do any testing on the rams...
summore my rams are running @ 1040mhz...

and maybe u can tell me how do rams can bottleneck procs??

but when u tried it and ur score is kinda low, at least u can try to find out wat make the score low...
in my case, i found out that my proc bottleneck my CF...
but at least, in games it doesn't show any signs of bottlenecking so i dun care much la.. ehehehe...

since x2 5000+ BE can OC to 3.3ghz...
try it out... and see whether proc @ 3.3 still bottleneck the CF....

skip the ram cooler... crucial non tracer one are not that hot... u'll be wasting ur money onli... unless u want to go crazy ram speed @ crazy vdimm... u can get that one later on... mine are unuseable coz my hsf block the rams... T_T...

nb bandwidth change onli when u OC the proc... and the integraed memory controller kicks in controlling the rams speed according to the HTT that u set when OCing the proc...

sb bandwidth will follow the the nb bandwidth??

since AMd proc has a built in Memory Controller and HTT Tech...

this will effect the HTT bandwidth itself...
the NB controls all the I/O links such as PCiE, audio...
the SB controls the I/O links such as SATA, PATA, PCi, USB....

so going thru this all ends up on the proc...

5200 F3 shud able to go 3.0 without lowering down the multiplier...
try 232 x 13 vcore 1.4v.. shud able to boot... lower ur ram divider...

yet, still u change the multipler the core speed also change...
not all proc are able to do that, changing multipler without changing the FSB...

lucky for BE users... T_T...

close ur eyes and ignore intel... cannot do anything... focus on AMD super pi score...
my roomate also bragging about his super pi speed although it is me who do all the Ocing on his intel rig..

u shudn't use onboard I/O while Ocing... easily kaput...
my suggestion, get a chipset cooler... DeepCool chipset cooler seems nice.. the price is cheap also...

im not that sure about OCZ Gold rams... last time a fren use it, the ram are not that OCable...

if u rajin enuff, lower ur multiplier, OC ur rams see how high it can go...

my rams able to run @ 1040mhz 5-5-5-12 2T @ 2.2v with HTT 260 x 12 @ 3.12ghz vcore 1.45v.. (cannot push higher anymore T_T)
