how do you install sp3?

if you use the standalone installer, you can remove SP3 using Add/Remove Program.

you're using latest hardware and your usb not working anymore? must be your windows installation corrupted while upgrading..

i never though of installing sp3,but tht day my auto update help me download,so i though since already downloaded thn i go install it.

yep.most of my usb hardware can't be used.plug in any1 of them and windows will jump to BSOD.plug out thn restart it will be fine,i jz cant plug in any usb devices.

luckily my keyboard and mouse uses ps2.if nt i will be stuck forever knowing nth.(maybe end up doing a clean install or buying a new comp)

My mic doesn't seem functioning after installed SP3. When I tried to test the mic, no response. Only got the sound that I'm touching the mic.

seems to be ok so far ..using it for 2 weeks..and im on wireless connection..btw just change to GC(google chrome)..seem like tp be more faster ...and faster than safari too

my webcam and bluetooth usb dongle also stop working after installing sp3 , anyone has any solution

All are ok with me except the toolbar. Not sure what name but it is like this C:\Program Files. Can't use this function.

seems okay to me.nothing special.microsoft update hav update to sp3 in my pc.

i have dled the SP3 installer from the link in 1st post n try to install it... but i got this error...

wat is this mean? btw,i heard that after install SP3,even the com have been installed with Asian Language pack,it still cant show chinese/japanese charater,is it true?

why is it that my friend's laptops install sp3 will have the vista outlook with round start up button,black toolbar and layout all like vista,but my sp3 looks just like the sp2?no themes installed in their pc.wuwuwu....

That's maybe because your friend has modded Windows XP installed in his pc in the first place.

lol, cant believe i got the patient to read through 20 pages...im currently on RC v3311, works like charm, no problem at all...but it seems alot of problem abt this....at first the AMD processor issue, but then got fix from HP site.

as for the USB problem, anyone has a solution?

o.0 I'm using Windows XP Service Pack 3, but didnt encouter for the USB Problem. Currently no problemo at all.

I've installed SP3 on like 10PCs or so and none of them had any issues. They're all genuine, already-stable systems though.
