No worries also. The Alpha condo is for investment. If we get profit 50K to 100K also we sell out already. I am not going to stay there also. Got a piece land at one of the country golf club at sungai buluh. Now under construction. I think year 2009 finish and all of us move out there. My dad also bought a condo at puchong. So every month i suffer RM1.5k for both condo cry.gif . But he promise at the end of the day i will ge the last laugh. Hope he is right. Up till today he never disappointed me before accept he scold my xgf in front of many people just because he hold my hand sweat.gif .
