*My next plan is to paint the case...but its raining heavily here all day till now.
I will try on monday..

*About the side panel window,i think i will make it custom.
I am still thinking of the shape as i can't reverse when i wrongly cut.
I am also thinking to cover the 5.25" bay from the side.Meaning that,when i lame a window on the side panel,i will not cut until the 5.25 bay can be seen from outside.

*Yeah,i don't like bling2...I will only put 1 blue CCFL besides the motherboard tray as there are 8mm space.

*The cacing will be covered...no worries...i have an idea already on how to cover it..

10/5/08 : UPDATES ON THE FIN.





Referring to the above pictures,the fins are 70% completed..
Things thats i still need to do is-

- Touch up on the mesh.

- Paint the mesh to black (matte) Fins,pearl white + black.

- Stick the mesh with double-sided tape.

BTW, i having a problem lighting up the fins.

THe mesh is not stick to the fins yet.I just put a tape for temporary only.
I do want to paint it to day,but its raining whole day...

i will try it on monday.

i plan to use a single ultra bright LED.But unfortunately,the LED only point at one line...I want it ti be spread...
I only can use short CCFL.

all right dude...i will try to finish the 3rd paint layer.Then i will post the pictures.

Here are some.Still at 1st out of 3 layer of coating.

Yeah,you're...But IMO,flat black is very very very very common among modders already.

That's y,i thought of using sparkling silver,it looks more elegant.

The out side i am using metallic pearl silver.Al most same with the sparkling silver like my interior chassis,the different is,its more darker and with pearl effect.

Only the rad grill and mesh i will leave it to black,i want to give it a bit contrast.

As for the fins,i will paint it to pearl white.

Still updating the casing now...

The holes are originally there.It just cut off the grill of the original part using a cutter and do lots of filing.
The square hole i use angle grinder to make it.It takes about 5 minutes.

Today i will try to do the 2nd and 3rd layer.

All bays tested fit. no worries.
The holes for 80mm will be covered with a 80mm mesh for both.

Its sparkling gray dude. i won't be using any parts colored with flat black cuz its too common.
my plan was to use gun spray,but my frend said need to wait few weeks.
