Any place in Penang offer injection filler instead of surgery? I need 1.
I don't want to do surgery because I saw so many victims, their nose become very short once the plastic fall off, and there is no way to fix it, cannot do filler and cannot do surgery again, they wanna commit suicide... LOL. http://www.realself.com/forum/rhinoplasty-tip-upturned

thin bridge + big head = ugly.
short bridge = big holes = pig.
I want to do injection filler to make the bridge become larger and longer.

Yes, it is very risky for us to do nose job surgery. I love to play basketball, if I keep jumping when playing basketball, my plastic on my nose is fall off, then my nose will not have bridge anymore, meaning will look like pig nose, and there is no way to fix it, OMG. So I don't want to do surgery, better do injection filler which cost around RM2000 for 4 to 6 month. It is just like spending RM400 per month on my nose, quite okay for me... but I kinda scare of the pain when they insert the needle onto my nose bone =.=||| cry.gif

I just found another type of injection filler can be permanent!! It is ArteFill filler. No need to spend RM2000 on my nose every 5 month anymore if I use that type of filler - ArteFill.

"The other consideration is the type of filler that is used for the procedure. Temporary fillers, such as Radiesse™, will require on-going treatments which can be expensive, in the long run. However, they are perfect for a trial run of the technique in order to determine the acceptability of the results.

While more permanent fillers, such as ArteFill™ or silicone can be more cost effective, the downside is that their permanence can be an issue if the results are not satisfactory. If you are seeking a permanent filler procedure, it’s extremely important that you choose a highly qualified, experienced surgeon.

Other risks may include sensitivity to the injectable material or anesthetic. Infection is a possibility and can be treated with antibiotics. Nasal skin damage can also occur along with possible unsatisfactory appearance results. Silicone injections can carry the risk of material migration (movement of the silicone to a different part of the body)."

Sorry for late reply, because I was using photoshop to edit my photo to show you how big different between my original nose and after do injection filler nose. thumbup.gif
A lot of people ask me why I complain my nose, well, it is because my nose bridge is too thin and too short, so I want to do injection filler to make the bridge of my nose become wider + longer. Here is the picture I use Photoshop to edit to show you how is the different between before and after injection filler :

Picture above shows that if I do injection to make too tall on my nose will become ugly nose too. So I need to ask the doctor don't make my nose too tall.
