Wow this new news whilst exciting sucks for me , since I was assigned to work here in the US for the next 6 weeks, was hoping to get the Iphone, looks like I won't be able to get one since they require you to sign-up for a contract right away AND it seems unlikely that Malaysia will ever get an official release... sigh...

Countries getting IPhone

Hell, even Philippines is getting an Iphone and we aren't.. EVEN NIGERIA...

This as usual is MALAYSIA BOLEH... Apple probably couldn't work out a deal with some of the morons running the country... I don't know such things just that I know I am pissed I won't be getting an Iphone .. guess I'll have to settle for the current gen one.. if i can find one here in US

Uhmm since, Malaysia never officially launched Iphone 2g, I doubt any store here will change it for you (assuming Malaysia ever gets one... maybe in Nigeria)
