ya i understand both. no worries for that.

reason im asking is that itouch is easily available in malaysia thru authorised dealer.

but iphone is not available as yet, most are sets from singapore or other countries which they unlock the sim.

im just thinking wat is the price difference between the two, if difference not much then might as well i go for iphone. if the difference is significant, i can use back my N95 and get an itouch.

get wat i meant? im not as gadget dummy as some said above. but i appreciate those who are willing to explain to me.

cheers!

gary... thanks for the valuable information... i guess i will go for itouch then... RM1500 is a big gap btw 8gb itouch n phone... plus iphone has not authorized distribution here in malaysia... wondering if international warranty apply on the iphone just like their ipod/itouch...

string... ok, im sorry if i sounded not right... chill k... im amazed with the gadget itouch, that is the reason im asking bcos function wise more or less bout the same except that the iphone has the ability of a phone. since tis is the iphone thread, i tot it is ok for me to post my query here bout iphone. cheers!

@cybermick

Just call me David. Am not use to named Gary.

Just a suggestion, why not buy a 8GB iPhone? nokia2003 is selling his. It would be wiser to get an iPhone than a iPod Touch.

Like you said, the iPhone has the ability of a phone which is a plus point and buying an iPod Touch only allow you to play mp3 and videos etc, no calls.
