Even 1 complain is consider dispute. Until you solve the problem it will still consider as dispute.
Dont find excuses it only help once but not with 4 dispute . Next time think take photo before you send.

Why after 8 years business cannot cheat? Why after 8 years cannot be unresponsible? Judge that.
Why not clear up your dispute first?

if you are honest then bare the responsible and resolve all the dispute.

seriously i have not received the ram when i open up the package, i only saw the hardisck, for true...if it is got the ram, i will not try phone and ask how come got only the hardisk...the thing is i still need the ram...what so ever brand as long as ddr800 2 gb. to me i need the product not much to the money...hope you understand.

Is the address in the Poslaju slip written correctly or the Poslaju has mistakenly sent to wrong address?
Pls post up some evidence here i.e. Poslaju slip.

wow....this kind of thing also can happen.
its either the seller purposely do all this kind of thing to delay the stuff to delivered to the buyer or pos laju is really retarded in reading address on the slip.

either way, the pos slip should have the written address on it.
If parcel delivered wrongly to the next door i can understand, but if parcel is expected to delivered to shah alam but instead delivered to petaling jaya, then something fishy is going on.
