She also known as Penguin, hence u get that title name. its a ONA, online only anime, so thats why da quality is bad (kinda like Candy Boy). the OP is as annoyin as Lucky Star OP, i cant really stand it. the type seem like Lucky Star shiet (though i never watch Lucky Star b4), just an impression bout it from how i heard or random watchin youtube by Wolfx. neway, its based on manga (which i happen to post it her b4, heck imageshack is rioting so i cant get it other than 'user post image' instead, n i lazy to upload it for nao). its a gag anime, so funny level is high but its stupid comedy. n its ecchi comedy with lots of fanservice n cosplayism to pleased otaku here.
