Anyone did any research on the type of land the house sits? Anyone went to survey the area when the construction is being done?

Honestly I have no inside information at all. But when we talk about ex mining pools everybody surely gets the picture that the ground is actually not very solid / good enough. Also it depends on the developer, whether they got curi ayam and do short cuts. Nowadays, materials go up by the 'cents' everyday, so I think u will get the picture. Anyway since the houses are up can always go to see the actual units, not the show houses. Happy hunting.
