Try this place, food's pretty good. Atmosphere is nice as well, can chill out after makan

If you want to go to TGIF, I suggest you go in bigger group, its more fun
RM50 a bit hard to get a nice place la, why don't you help top up her budget?

Comfortable environment doesn't tell me much la, atmosphere is like casual/romantic/playful/etc.

I would recommend marco's pizza, I haven't tried other outlets, but the one at kelana jaya is good. Delicious pizza and pasta (carbonara is.. ). Should fit within your RM30 budget as well. Very casual environment
