I think pana's price will definitely move very high everyday. There is so much demand on pana day in day out. Mind to share some background on this 'counter'? tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif Is pana must be one 'hot property' stock? tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Later pana or any other moderator come warning me or ban me. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

sapcres is moving!! .. i Q at 1.59 this morning and will not get it .. nevermind la .. will Q again if it reaches 1.70 above .. biggrin.gif ..

as cherroy said, next resistance for sapcres is 1.70 .. if it does breaks it, then it would be bullish . smile.gif ..

Why so many ppl buying SAPCRES? Are they winning some big contract again? Is this surge a short term (goreng) thing?

Warrants at RM0.10

Exercise RM1.25

1:1 ratio

I wonder how much it will go up.  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
QUOTE(dreams_achiever @ Apr 25 2008, 12:10 PM)
Because ratio is 1:3. means one warrant for 3 mothershares.
But still dun understand how bonds will applied in this case? Is it mean beside 1 warrant, we also will get bond shares as well? How many bonds allocated in this corporate exercise?
*
Is it 1:1 ratio or 1:3 ratio?

How do we subscribe to the warrant? Do we have to fill up some form that they send to us and return it before certain date? Gosh! Never expected it to be RM0.10 per warrant. Hehehehehe.....this is quite some good news. Oh, when can we exercise the warrant or sell it?

buy 30lot of YTLPOWR, you'll get to buy the 10lot of the warrant at RM 0.10

lklatmy works as a remiser.

Thanks. I still have a lot more questions but will try to find out the answer to some of those later. I bet today's paper got some news on this.

The funny thing is ......

Maybank will get all the commissions from forumers, but you do all the explanations.

And the forumers think it is very fair to support such a marketing system.

I would opt for Alktmy if I do not have a broker now.
*
Hahaha! Very well said. I do not mind changing to alktmy if the money transfering stuff is easy. With MBB, all my account/share/loan are at 1 place. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Gamuda is on my radar too as the current price give a 10% dividend yield. With all the bad press about the CEO throwing the share, I think it was oversold and Gamuda is indeed a good company. There is a possibility that it can turn out to be a take-over target which goes well with my plan if the offer is good. smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Sometimes people wonder why the 3 "G" licence was awarded to a company that does not have the ability to operate
in the first place. It seldom happens in other parts of the world.

FF say Malaysia is not PRO BUSINESS at all, i agree with them.

This is where all citizens who are not well-connected to them will suffer. Only those selected few will manage to make all the money BNM print in this country.

Well, we can make some decent choices. For instance, I can make a choice to leave this Bolehland when I have the ability and opportunity.

Back to share....

Why is everyone so keen on MediaC? I thought it is not a good buy given the dilution and the merger with some non-profitable media. Can someone enlighten me?

Thanks.

I have something that I do not understand here and hope someone can help me out. Thanks in advance.

YTL Power Renounceable Rights

Can someone tell me what do I get from the above proposal?
Do I get the renouceable rights and also the subsequent warrants too?
How do I get it?

Sorry for all these questions as I am very 'keng cheong' to miss out this offer just like my previous experience. I am still not sure what should I do. Any helps and explanations would be great.

BTW, what is the remisier here again? I like to have a chat with him on how to move my MBB2U trading to him. Like someone mentioned it here (I think it is Cherroy), since the remisier here is giving us so much advise and the MBB2U is not doing anything for me, well I think it is only fair to 'switch camp'. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

today, i c ASIATIC drop so much. Might want to pick up some

I noticed that ATRIUM is going to go ex-date on 5/5 but why is its counter going downhill? Isn't it normally it will maintain the price until the ex-date? Is that a not-so-good-report from ATRIUM? Well, I just want to find out more even though the reducing share price suit my strategy well. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Oh!!! Zhulian is a jewellery producer. All this while I have been mistaken Zhulian for some sort of MLM company and not surprise that they are paying decent dividend. Because of my perception on Zhulian being a MLM-typed company, I did not pay attention to it as I read one such company was having difficulty after some 6 or 12 months after listing to meet their target. That MLM company main product is coffee related but I can't remember the name. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Zhulian...in fact, the office is very near to my house at Kota Damansara.

the employee (i think so, or upper level management ppl, mostly are malays) all drive high-end cars, and their car number plates are ended with 8848. no kidding, if you happen to come to Kota Damansara, you'll get to spot them, here 8848, there 8848, atleast a handful of them sweat.gif
*
OK, I think these 2 reasons are enough for me to stop looking at Zhulian. Worry that the MLM strategy won't work in the long run.

Hmm....why is today so quiet? No one seem to 'highlight' the hot-stock for today. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

YTLPOWR shares are still technically worth about RM2.45 before any warrants are exercised. So it still can move u p a bit. But remember though, at last price of RM2.66 and adding warrant issue price and exercise price of RM1.25, a lot of people are holding the shares at the average price of RM2.33 including the potential shares in hand from the warrants they are holding.

Those who bought earlier can definitely go even lower.
Here is some news of the YTLPOWER warrants and it's impact.

Star news

Can you provide more info into how and when will I get the warrants? Do I have to do anything?

I have not received anything on when and how they will distribute the warrants.
