AutoCAD IIRC doesn't need hardware class rendering most of the time because it's simulated 3D system, much like how cartesian 2D looks like 3D.

Best would be to test the Quadro setup with Matlab, the extra power from the FPU and it's it's 754 compliant FP round off is a huge boon for large scale simulations (tell me about it, i practically wait to die while a C2D chugs away at this sometimes). 3Ds Max is a good bet and so are SPEC GC benches.

And IIRC the Quadro should suck balls at most gaming benches, anything gaming related for that matter.
