And some how this landed on my lap....

This is what we call NOS (NEW old Stock) that means it got stashed away in some corner and was not in use until now...

YES..!!! THE 1995 IBM Model-M

When I took it out to inspect, the tape that bind the KB to the foam was original.... it is FREAKY!!!

seriously those old skool keyboard feeling is much more better.

the weight of the keyboard is much more heavy.

recently i replace my logitech deluxe keyboard with a HP SK-2505 that comes with my 10 yrs old HP Pavilion!

yes each platter is fixed...that's why u could get 7200.11 in 250, 500,750GB and 1TB capacity...
btw, WD latest HD comes with 320GB per platter...bigger capacity per platter is better coz it saves energy and less prone to failure...
