Euromobil has no plans to bring in the R8. It apparently is a matter of economics: In order to bring in the R8 officially, they'll have to upgrade their workshop to service the R8. The present service bays are not wide enough for the R8. They don't think the market is big enough in Malaysia to justify the expense.

So what if you buy a R8? You'll need to send it to Singapore for servicing.
