Thats photographed in Brunei not Malaysia, besides that is Brunei DPM's car, which should belong to Prince Jefri,
anyhow if the Brunei royalty comes to Malaysia, our government provides bulletproof BMW 7-Series/Merc Pullmans for them to get around in.

As I know, Audi RS4 is much expensive then the BMW M3 , no wonder so hard to spot a RS4 in Malaysia ~!!!!

Hmm, guess you're right.
Just did some checking and RS4 should have cross-drilled brakes, whereas this unit has plain A4 brakes.
What a shame
