Wow, where's this? Best colour for Bentley CGT imho!

Lotus IS an exotic, not high-end exotic, but still.
It's a nice and fast car, rare too.

In a nutshell, an exotic is a non-common/rare car with non-common design. Usually (but not necessarily) a sports car.
Exotic doesn't mean luxury - look at Porsche 997 GT3 RS for example... What luxury is there? Sitting in a hardcore race car with a rollcage behind you - not my idea of luxury... yet, it's exotic.

Hmm, guess you're right.
Just did some checking and RS4 should have cross-drilled brakes, whereas this unit has plain A4 brakes.
What a shame

"Managed" sounds like it's hard to get in, it's actually not...
Was there last week, when I posted the pics of that blue 360.. It's in their backyard.
I just approached one of the sales person, asked if I can take pics and he was very friendly..
Showed me all the supercars they're selling, brought me to the backyard where blue 360 was..
Friendly people.
