I don't know what you want to do after this, but IMHO I will not stay with a man who cheat, period. It's not worth the heartache, pain and youth (hey a woman's youth is limited you know, why waste it?). Once a cheater, always a cheater.

4 years into a relationship, he should have been matured enough to weight the importance of your relationship instead of falling into temptation. Even if he did fall, him dragging this issue out like this shows how incapable he is in dealing with life. Do you want to stay and risk him telling you he fall in love with another woman who bought him flu medicine in the future? That kind of excuse is plain lame.

Treasure yourself girl. Don't let him play you around. If he can't be loyal to you, he's not worth it.

Go out with your friends, go enjoy life. Go for a vacation, do things that will pleased yourself. Move on.
